Causes of caries origin
Caries is one of the most frequent oral deseases. It signifies the damage of teeth caused by activity of bacteria and microbes. These bacteria are linked to plaque in cases of unsatisfactory dental hygiene. In neglected areas plaque is created and accumulates. The bacteria and microbes release toxic substances that transform sacharids into acids. These acids attact the surface of the tooth and so facilitate the bacteria penetrating the tooth and the subsequent formation of caries. Over time this plaque can mineralize and create a scale.
